The History of establishment and development of Thai Duong Development and Investment Joint Stock Company .
- On the date of 20th May 2003, Thai Duong Technology Co., LTD was established,   locating on the address as Km 03, Road 70, Tam Hiep Commune, Thanh Tri Dist., Hanoi, Vietnam.

- On the date of 30th April 2005, Thai Duong moved the location to address as Doc Van Village, Mai Lam Commune, Dong Anh Dist., Hanoi, Vietnam.

- On the date of 20th May 2009, Thai Duong built the factory in Lac Dao Commune, Van Lam Dist., Hung yen Province, Vietnam with the area of 30.000m2.

- On the date of 4th November 2009, Thai Duong Development and Investment Joint Stock Company was established, locating on the address of Lac Dao Commune, Van Lam Dist., Hung Yen Province, Vietnam, rooting from Thai Duong Technology Co., Ltd.

- On the date of October, 2010,Thai Duong established Thai Duong International Export – Import JSC
